Strategic Partner Lifecycle Management: Lead the full partner lifecycle for our most complex Spanish accounts, acting as the primary senior point of contact for municipalities and transport authorities.
High-Trust Relationship Building: Build and maintain high-level, trust-based relationships, ensuring long-term satisfaction and proactive communication regarding service evolution and urban mobility needs.
Financial Stewardship & P&L: Own the financial performance of your assigned systems. In collaboration with our team, you will oversee accurate invoicing, payment follow-ups, and identify growth opportunities to optimize rental revenues.
Sustainable Commercial Expansion: Identify and execute opportunities for fleet expansions, new features, advertising sales, and B2B services to increase system utility and reach.
Contractual Compliance & Quality: Ensure strict contractual compliance by monitoring adherence to SLAs and internal KPIs, working closely with Operations to maintain the highest service quality.
Cross-functional Synergy: Coordinate with Operations and Marketing teams to plan localized campaigns and pursue sponsorship opportunities that align with city goals and our global standards.
Strategic Advisory & Implementation: Act as a strategic advisor during expansion handovers and project implementation phases, ensuring smooth transitions and rigorous safety compliance.
Solution-Oriented Problem Solving: Lead the resolution of complex challenges—from operational failures to financial blockers—by coordinating with the relevant departments to ensure a swift, solution-oriented approach.
